- Add chili flakes, Kashmiri chili powder, and a splash of hot water (to prevent burning).
- Add tomato puree and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 7тАУ8 mins on medium heat until oil separates.
- Stir in sugar, oregano, and basil. Cook for 1 more minute.
- Adjust consistency with a little warm water if needed. Let it cool and store in an airtight container. Keeps for 3тАУ4 days in fridge, 2 months in freezer.

Ingredients:
- 200g processed cheese (grated)
- 160 ml milk
- 1 tbsp butter
Method:
- In a cold pan, add all ingredients.

- Turn off heat. Let it cool. Store in fridge up to 4 days, freezer up to 1 month.

- Grated cheese (mozzarella or processed or both)
- Salt, oregano, chili flakes
Step-by-Step Assembly:
- Take pizza bread as base.
- Spread 2тАУ3 tbsp cheese sauce. Place tortilla/roti on top. Press edges gently to seal.
- Over the roti layer, spread pizza sauce evenly.
- Add a generous amount of grated cheese.
- Top with tossed veggies, sprinkle a pinch of salt, chili flakes, and oregano.

Method:
- Heat a tawa or pan slightly. Spread some butter.
- Place the assembled pizza carefully on the tawa.

- Keep flame low. Let it cook for 4тАУ5 minutes.
